A few colleagues and some students from the University of Greater Manchester,  will be attending the She Leads for Legacy – Empowered to Lead 2025, the North’s largest conference dedicated to empowering Black women in leadership.

Bringing together over 800 delegates, the conference provides a dynamic day of CPD-accredited training, inspiring keynotes, practical leadership workshops, and powerful networking opportunities. With a focus on unlocking potential, building influence, and creating pathways to senior leadership and board roles, the event equips delegates with both the confidence and the tools to thrive.

This conference resonates deeply with my mission of Empowering Excellence—championing inclusion, equity, and sustainable leadership within health and social care and beyond.
